You might call us biased, but we have a fabulous listing in Monarch Village that we want everyone to know about! In fact, this particular property has long been a favorite of ours and chances are, if you've driven through this community, you've taken note of this great property! We asked the owners of the property to give us a few reasons as to why they've loved calling 214 Monarch Village home over the past few years. • Our basement is phenomenal and we finished to match the upstairs. It’s not a basement; it’s a part of our home that is used as much as the top floors.
