Being in a negative equity situation is all too common for a lot of our sellers. As you can see from above, GA has a 33% negative equity percentage and we're in the top five states for negative equity. In some pockets in GA, it's much more than that. It's a very tough position to be in.....heck, if we tried to sell our personal homes we'd be in the same boat.
